All orders are provided with Free UPS, FedEx Ground or US Priority Mail Service and, generally, arrive at their destinations within 2 - 3 business days, as they are shipped from distribution facilities in the southeastern US, or on the west coast. No orders ship out on a major holiday, or on a weekend, but the next business day. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is shipped.
Under No Circumstance Will Orders Be Shipped To Post Office Boxes.
If faster shipment is required, please make sure to specify this. Please be aware that an up charge will apply for faster freight and our office will contact you prior to shipment so as to obtain a credit card number for payment. Customers have the option to provide their own UPS or FedEx number, if this is preferred.
No returns, or credits, will be issued without proper paperwork. In the unlikely event a product is damaged in transit, or is defective, please contact us to let us know. A RMA return service tag and code number may be forwarded to the email address you provide and this tag must be on the outside of any box you return to one of our mills. You will be given the option to have us replace your merchandise or refund your purchase. Without an approval for return, no refund will be processed - no exceptions. If a refund is requested, please be advised that it may take up to 5 business days for us to receive your merchandise back at our mill and, then, up to another 30 days for us to inspect and test your product return. If defects are found, a full credit will be issued. If no defects are found, a 20% restocking charge will apply to your return. We will not accept responsibility for products that you mistakenly ordered or products that have been used more than 25%.
